Aspen acts as a consultant to organizations providing expertise in hiring processes, and recruitment and retention strategies. With a prior background in retail management and sales, Aspen enjoys building long term relationships, providing valuable local market insight to companies and candidates, as well as contributing to a thriving workforce in Oklahoma City. 

She attended University of Oklahoma where she graduated with her Bachelors in English, and a Minor in Spanish Language. She lives in Yukon, OK with her husband and two children. Aspen enjoys volunteering with her local school system, attending various events in Downtown OKC, and participating in Book Club.
