have worn many hats throughout my nearly 25 years at Microsoft, from Word Personal Support Professional to Premier Field Engineer, a Senior Consultant, and now a manager. I graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Small Business Management, and I have continued to build on the foundation of that education, while at Microsoft. 

From my days as a rower on a crew team, I learned what team work truly is. When everybody is working together, the boat flies through the water and the oars feel weightless.  Being a team means that everybody also gets to give their input on what went well or what didn’t go so well from their perspective. By hearing everybody’s point of view, adjustments can be made, and the team gets stronger.
