HI, I'm Candace Polhamus, Director of Service Delivery for Peak Uptime.  I have a passion for helping others grow personally and professionally. Being 1 of 4 women who helped pioneer a new store model for Best Buy back in 2010 I built, recruited, and maintained one of the top revenue producing stores in the region for 5 years before transitioning to a new role in Geek Squad. Taking the area from a <60% employee satisfaction index to over 90% consistently over 3 years. I believe that communication is one of the most important skills in being successful. My team jokes around saying my title should be "Communication Liaison" because I make people communicate.
