Director of Manufacturing

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company

In July 2024, Colby Clodfelter was named Manufacturing Director for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company facility in Lawton, Oklahoma. This appointment marks a significant milestone in Colby's career, which began at the very same plant in 2009. 

Colby's journey with Goodyear started as a Banbury operator at the Lawton plant. Over the years, he demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical skills, advancing to roles such as Area Manager, Production Specialist, and Business Center Manager. His career took him to Napanee, Ontario and Fayetteville, North Carolina where he served as a Production Manager. Before returning to Lawton, Colby was the Manufacturing Director at the Tupelo facility in Tupelo, Mississippi. 

Born and raised in Lawton, Oklahoma, Colby has deep roots in the community.  He earned a baseball scholarship to Northwestern Oklahoma State University, where he graduated in 2008 with a business degree.​
