He is a retired United States Navy Veteran and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Webster University, Master of Science Degree from Florida Institute of Technology, and is a graduate of the Naval Senior Enlisted Academy. He has a demonstrated history of working in the aviation and aerospace industry and is skilled in the U.S. Department of Defense acquisition process and Strategic Planning.
