Golden Steps ABA

Emily Jimenez is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), beginning her career in early childhood development at DeAnza Community College and continuing in the neuroscience department at St. Edwards University. Since entering the ABA field in 2003, Emily has dedicated her professional life to helping others, driven by a passion for supporting behavioral health initiatives.

She is the co-founder of Resurgence, a consulting firm, and the co-founder and CEO of ABA Impact, a social media marketing company focused on ABA services. Currently, Emily serves as the Marketing Director for Golden Steps ABA, where she leverages her extensive expertise to build partnerships and expand access to high-quality ABA services. In addition, she consults with A-Train Marketing, providing strategic insights for their ABA specialists.

Emily brings her unique blend of leadership, marketing, and ABA experience to the advisory board of the Women in Leadership Certificate Program at The University of Oklahoma Outreach, where she is committed to empowering future leaders.
