Starting her career as a Radiology Technologist, she transitioned into leadership roles in the Cath Lab, where she not only contributed to life-saving procedures but also mentored teams and implemented initiatives to improve patient outcomes. Her hands-on clinical experience shaped her unwavering commitment to doing what’s best for patients, a passion that continues to drive her career.
As a Clinical Resource Director with HCA, Jen expanded her impact by serving as a trusted liaison between hospital executives, physicians, and supply chain teams. She led efforts to optimize cardiology and radiology supply utilization, manage inventory, and implement cost-saving strategies—all while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. In her current role as Clinical Director on the Medical Device Management Team with HealthTrust Performance Group, Jen supports 1,800 acute care members and 69,000 non-acute members across the country. She provides strategic guidance to reduce costs, drive standardization, and align cardiovascular service line initiatives with organizational goals. As an advisor for The University of Oklahoma Women in Leadership Program, Jen is passionate about empowering future leaders and fostering a collaborative environment where innovation and patient-focused care thrive. |
