Stephanie Austin is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of global leadership experience across large-scale retail and iconic consumer brands. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Fulfillment & Reverse Logistics at Sam’s Club, where she led a national network of fulfillment centers and spearheaded strategic transformation in eCommerce operations.

Previously, she held multiple leadership roles at adidas, including Vice President of Distribution Operations for North America, and global IT leadership positions based in Germany, Canada, and Hong Kong. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Babson College.

A passionate advocate for people-centered leadership, Stephanie is committed to mentoring the next generation of women leaders and is honored to serve as an advisor for the University of Oklahoma Outreach Women in Leadership Certificate Program. When she’s not traveling, she enjoys renovating her South Carolina home with her partner and playing golf.
