Hello,

My name is Taylor Ryan. I am an HR Professional with Stanley Black and Decker, where I have worked for the last almost 6 years. I currently hold the position of Sr. HR Manager within the Global Chain function where I specialize in Project Management, Employee Relations, Org Design, Talent Review, and Data Analytics. I have my PHR Certificate and am an active member of my local SHRM chapter and the national SHRM chapter.

​I received degrees in Business Admin, Political Science, and Applied Critical Thought and Inquiry from William Jewell College in 2014. I am also, an active Member of my local Zeta Tau Alpha Alumni chapter (the Tulsa chapter). I reside in Jenks with my husband, a Marine Veteran, and our 2 young children. Aside from my family, my church, and my job, I absolutely love to sew. While in HS I completed an Apparel Design certificate from Tulsa Tech. Before my oldest was born I had a handmade children's boutique where I also did machine embroidery.
