Program ManagerMetreaMy name is Taylor Sabella, a Program Manager with Metrea Aviation.
I was born and raised in Oklahoma, graduating from Harrah High School. Upon graduating, I joined the United States Navy as an Interior Communications Electrician. During my time in the Navy, I served in multiple states and completed a good chunk of time out at sea. I decided to leave the Navy to pursue having a family with my husband and complete my college degree. Now I am a mom of two. I attended Regent University for my bachelor’s degree in accounting/business administration, as well as my master’s degree in data Analytics. While pursuing my degrees, I worked full time as a Program Assistant/Program Analyst with a NAVAIR contracting company. Once I completed my bachelor's degree, I was promoted to Project Manager and again to Program Manager shortly after obtaining my PMP certificate. I transitioned to my current role at Metrea to take on new challenges in a new industry. I have learned much in the past 2 years of being in this role. Outside of work as a Program Manager, my husband and I coach a little league baseball team in central Oklahoma. We are instilling these young children with confidence and determination to pursue their goals. I am an avid reader, for both professional/personal growth and for enjoyment. |
