Senior Business Analyst

Tiffany Hempsted is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of finance experience including a decade in financial leadership. Her extensive experience consists of financial management positions in the electric distribution industry and serving in leadership roles for professional accountancy associations. Tiffany is currently a Senior Business Analyst for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma Strategic Development Division where she was awarded ‘Associate of the Quarter’ for her division in 2024.

​Tiffany holds two bachelor’s degrees in business administration for management and accounting and is currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program at the University of Oklahoma. Her expertise includes operational and project management, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.
In her free time, Tiffany enjoys attending sporting events and watching dirt track racing with her son, Luke, and husband of 22 years, Michael.
